Ingrown Hair

Pseudofolliculitis barbae (PFB) or shaving bumps is a foreign body inflammatory reaction involving papules and pustules. It primarily affects curly haired males who shave.

Pseudofolliculitis pubis is a similar condition occurring after pubic hair is shaved or waxed.

As an esthetician, I recommend keeping skin hydrated and this is simply done by washing with a non-soap cleanser such as Dexeryl shower oil that can also be used on the face.
And using an alcohol free moisturizer with lactic acid to gently exfoliate the dead skin that stop the hair from popping out, Noreva kerapil is a good option.
When the ingrown is infected use Hexomedine transcutanee for fast drying and antibacterial action.
