Acneic skin
Acne is a consequence of overactive oil glands combined with excess dead cells trapped in the pores Read more...
The French secret is to
1- keep the skin moist & supple to let oils flow out (only wash at night and plump your skin with moisture)
2- create a low pH & oxygen rich environment to fight bacterial infection (tone and use either benzoyl peroxide or aureocyde if your skin is sensitive)
3- gradually and gently exfoliate the pores from the inside out avoiding peeling and irritations! ( start with 15 min then wash off the exfoliant for 5 days, then increase to 30 min for 5 days, then 1 hour.....)
4-prevent scaring by reducing inflammation and controlling pigmentation with Secret de beaute Propolis serum
Acneic skin
Understanding acne is the key to a clear skin:
1-sebaceous glands that are hypersensitive to androgen hormones. You produce excess sebum, leaving the skin oily and creating favorable conditions for bacterial growth. This surplus sebum blocks the pores and gives rise to the first comedones.
2-the skin makes too much keratin, so the outermost layer of the epidermis thickens, dead cells build up in the hair follicle and, together with sebum, form plugs that prevent the natural sebum evacuation from the follicle. This shows as blackheadsand whiteheads.
3-Cutibacterium acnes bacteria are normal residents of the skin flora, but in acne, they multiply excessively in blocked follicles. This triggers immune responses that cause inflammation, leading to red inflamed pimples.
4-Inflammatory reaction and follicular rupture spilling sebum and dead cells into the dermis release pro-inflammatory enzymes. This stage produces deeper lesions, such as nodules, and can leave scars and discolorations, use Propolis serum to reduce scaring.
Retentional acne presents as oily, shiny skin with enlarged pores and closed comedones (whiteheads or microcysts). These lesions result from an accumulation of sebum and dead skin cells within the pilosebaceous follicles.
Use Face reality mandelic serum or retinal B3 serum
Superficial Inflammatory acne is mainly due to the proliferation of Cutibacterium acnes. It appears as papules (red, non-purulent spots) and pustules (spots containing pus) on the affected areas. Face Reality Acnemed 2.5 % is recommended
Deep inflammation acne is marked by nodules, painful, firm lesions beneath the skin. These nodules can progress to cysts (encapsulated lesions) and abscesses (if infected). Surgical treatment is sometimes required due to the high risk of scarring. Face reality Acnemed at 10%
