Apply to cotton pad and lightly sweep over eyes, lips, face and neck to remove makeup and impurities, freshen and tone skin.

I've used this for about couple months now and redness on my skin has visibly reduced. I used this toner day and night and I still have about 1/3 of the bottle left. I'd definitely buy this again!
