FACT: Benzoyl Peroxide penetrates deeply into the pores and suppresses can causing bacteria, stopping the acne process before it starts.

FACT: Salicylic acid, while a highly effective surface exfoliator, does not penetrate as deeply into the pores; nor, does it suppress bacteria.

FACT: Benzoyl Peroxide has a unique dual mechanism that works as follows: Once it penetrates the pores, it releases oxygen which in turn, suppresses bacteria. Its deep exfoliating properties then flush out the pore impactions, leaving the skin acne free.

FACT: As a surface exfoliator, salicylic acid is sufficient for loosening superficial impactions such as blackheads. However it does not treat acne at its source in the dermal layer.

FACT: Benzoyl Peroxide is the most efficient in a hydroalcolic form
